Pre-owned and in good condition. The pillow body measures about 24" across. If you add on the "wrapper" ends, it's apprx 34-36" across. Good fill, not saggy. Overall, nice and clean. Looking at the back, I don't know if there may have been a repair done, or it's just the stitching from the manufacturer. Please refer to pictures, as they are part of the description...
